"I have used this company before and I was pleased with their work. They did an even better job this time! Unfortunately, it takes a little time to get the metal galvanized, and this causes frustrating delays in the work, but other than that, I was totally happy with the work they did. Their crew is very professional and polite, and they clean up after themselves!! When they left, I couldn't even tell workmen had been there. The quality of the gate and the fencing is excellent and the paint job was very professionally done. I did have to remind them that I wanted the iron posts to which the gate was attached to be galvanized also, and so they had to take them back and bring what I had originally requested. The owner also forgot what style of gate I had picked out, and I had to go through his catalogue and show him again. Those were the only two snafus, but they corrected the mistakes immediately and with no problems or inconvenience to me. I strongly recommend this company."

They did a beautiful job of taking out the old fence that was on a rocky hillside and entangled in thorn hedge plants, dug new post holes and cemented the posts on the hottest day in many a month. They completed the mounting of the wrought iron fence the next day and we were completely satisfied with everything. They cleaned up around the work area which was appreciated. Beto was great to work with and was very accommodating. I do not remember the names of the other two very hard working men but their work is to be admired. We highly recommend this company."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
