He gave me instructions on filing a claim with our insurance company, met with the adjuster on the roof and it was then established that we indeed had quite a leak around the chimney and that the roof needed to be replaced. I had some contact with the adjuster but the Songy folks did all the work with the insurance company and we were approved for a new roof even with an upgrade to architectural shingles.
Can I tell you how happy I was? The workers came out soon after our deposit was made and put a beautiful roof down as well as spending hours on replacing the chimney flashing.
