The technicians Brett and Kevin were both very nice and professional. Installed the wiring, switches and light fixture in about 3 1/2 hours...Beautiful job. In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on."
