Identified some wind and hail damage and helped work with insurance company. Corey was great to work with on this project. Good communications, prompt and on time. Made helpful suggestions with product selection. Corey’s crew arrived on time and worked hard to complete the project in one day. "I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work that was done. Power is more expensive than your average run of the mill contractor, but the quality that you get out of it is definitely worth the extra you pay and the transferable lifetime warranty is a great value add if you ever decide to sell your house. That being said, I will not be using Power again, nor will I be likely to recommend them to anyone due to their ridiculous high pressure sales practices. For anyone considering using Power, let me go ahead and prepare you for what to expect with your initial inspection/estimate. The salesman we had come over spent literally 5 hours at our house before he left. He was here from 7:00 PM until close to midnight. We literally cooked and ate dinner while he was here talking to us about the entire history of the company and teaching us, step-by-step, how a roof is built. Fortunately, my wife and I are fairly patient people and learning about all of the components that go into a roof was interesting, but 5 hours was a little overkill and we just weren't prepared for it. Maybe if we had known what to expect beforehand, it wouldn't have been so bad. The first quote we were given was outrageously expensive. They wanted close to $45,000 to replace our 3,000 sq ft roof and gutters. I told the guy there was no way we could afford that and then he said that he could offer us a special deal of $33,000 but we had to decide right then and there if we wanted to do it. We couldn't have the night, or even 24-hours, to think about it. I again told him that it was simply too much and then he knocked the price down to $28,000 if we agreed to do a review for them, but again, we had to say "Yes" right then and there. The reason they require a "Yes" immediately, according to them, is because of efficiency. They compared themselves to UPS drivers who used to waste time trying to deliver packages over and over again to the same houses. They said that by us saying "Yes" right away, it saves them the hassle of having to send someone back out to the house to sign papers. I'm sorry, but in this day and age when there are plenty of ways to digitally sign papers, that excuse doesn't fly. This is just high pressure sales 101. That's all it is and I'm someone that does not appreciate being put in those scenarios. It is ridiculous to expect any average person to make a $30,000 financial decision in a matter of minutes. There's no reason why they shouldn't give people 24-48 hours to look over their finances, maybe get a 2nd opinion, etc. Of course, you do have the ability to do that, but you lose the "better" pricing if you do and have to pay the super premium price. Despite the fact that I am happy with the quality of the work, I will not be using them again because of this. Unless, of course, they change their policy. Additionally, the company said that when they were done we wouldn't even know they were there, but I definitely knew because I had to move my patio furniture off of my lawn and back onto the patio, along with my grill and smoker. They damaged an outdoor thermometer, luckily it was just a cheap one, so I'm not too bent out of shape over it. I also had to pick up nails that were left in my yard and pick up pieces of trash and plastic left behind and they damaged some of our lilies in our flower bed that we had just planted this year, which I specifically mentioned to the project manager to make sure they took care not to damage the flowers. It wasn't a complete disaster, but it definitely didn't live up to the promise that was made to me. Which, if I'm paying a premium price, I expect little promises like this to be kept. Again, I think they do fantastic work. They were on time. They finished on time. The quality of their work is great and I think there is good value despite the premium price tag, but the high pressure sales technique that we had to endure really just left a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully the value of the warranty will really make itself known if/when we either sell the house or need to use it and then maybe that will wash the sour taste out."

"I can't give them enough stars to say how pleased I am with all that they did. If you are lucky enough to work with Adam he goes above and beyond plus some. I was replacng a roof to sell my house and he went through the inspection report with me to make sure all items were addressed. Roof it forward on the day they replaced the roof was efficient and did a very nice job in making the roof look professional. And they cleaned up really good so you didn't even know they were there."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "I had Georgia Roofing Systems out to my house a couple of months ago for some hail damage. There wasn't enough damage for a new roof but Anthony and his team came over and replaced all the shingles that were missing. They arrived early in the morning and were done within just a couple of hours. There were no nails, shingles, or any other debris left behind in my lawn or driveway and the roof looks great. Not to mention the final price was less than the quote! Definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.
