"First visit (1/27/15): I had contacted Tonna to check the flame sensor on my furnace.  the burner was cycling often.  During the first visit the technician confirmed my suspicion that the flame sensor was bad.  He also found that the drain for the exhaust fan was plugged and the burners were rusted (propane furnace).  He cleaned out the drain.  He also cleaned the flame sensor as best he could until he could come back with a new one.  He was very careful cleaning the drain to make sure water didn't spill on any electronics. <br /> Second visit (1/29/15): The technician installed the new burners and the new flame sensor. <br /> The labor seemed a bit excessive since he had to make two trips. <br />"

Right after I let them in my home, one of the guys took a good look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then he started enumerating the things they can’t do like move this couch, or the stairs won’t be so cleaned and will look “just like that after etc. How about tell me what they can do and what they are goid at?! He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service. I have duct cleaning with them scheduled next week that I a can’t wait to cancel!"
