"Fantastic. They charged a flat fee based on the number of heating and fresh air return ducts and included the cleaning of the furnace motor, A-coil and even the dryer vent. They will even clean your bathroom fans for a nominal price which is something most people forget about. Fast, on time, Professional and they showed us their progress each step of the way, which included before and after pictures that were taken in my presence. They provided us several other options as some in the family have allergies, We plan to have them install a whole house air purification system which is provided at a very reasonable price. All dust and debris is pushed into the main duct where they use all True Hepa Filtered removal tools. Their equipment is cleaned and decontaminated after every service so nothing from the prior service is brought in."

"I had the dryer vent cleaned 7 months ago by another company. It was clogged again. It is a rooftop vent. The other company only used an air hose to blow out lint from the roof. Dan cleaned the vent from the dryer up through the roof vent. There was a screen in the vent that should not have been left in there when installed, and Dan removed it. He did a thorough cleaning and put everything back in place. It is a small laundry area, so he had to move the washer to pull the dryer out. He did a great job."

"After some slight miscommunication at first, Cory came out the next morning and gave an estimate for some not-so-standard in-floor air duct cleaning. They came out a couple days later and completed the cleaning. I am happy they were willing to take on the job and did so professionally. Would definitely recommend."

"They did a good job with cleaning our carpets. I am disappointed though with poor customer service. Right after I let them in my home, one of the guys took a good look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then he started enumerating the things they can’t do like move this couch, or the stairs won’t be so cleaned and will look “just like that after etc. How about tell me what they can do and what they are goid at?! He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service. I have duct cleaning with them scheduled next week that I a can’t wait to cancel!"

"Bryan and Andrew arrived on time, and they were professional, courteous, and up front about what they were going to do and what it would cost. They cleaned 14 furnace air ducts and added the dryer vent cleaning at no charge. They were careful not to track dirt through the house and used a cleaning process that created no noticeable dust or dirt in the house. The dryer vent had been cleaned by a contractor hired by our townhome association earlier this month. Even though their outside picture of the duct indicated it was pretty clean, Bryan suspected that only a partial stretch of the duct had been cleaned. Because it was no charge to us, they went ahead and cleaned out the entire duct and blew out a pile of "stuff." Based on my conversation when I made the cleaning appointment, I expected to pay $374 today if the dryer vent needed cleaning. This was already over $100 off of their normal price for furnace duct cleaning alone. So the $324 that we ended up paying was even a better deal. Bryan and Andrew were great guys to work with, and I do not know how this whole deal could have gone any better. We have been Air Mechanical customers for years, and this experience only solidifies that relationship."
