My floor was damaged by water and had to be removed, the floor leveled before any new flooring could be installed. He was the 1st to come see the job, his estimate was itemized & very professional, & that impressed us. Day 1 he prepped the hallways of our condo bldg, protected our cabinets in the kitchen & b/r, & covered them in plastic. The demo went smoothly & he got rid of all of the trash. We needed some floor prep done also and a sound barrier installed prior to the floor & all was done very professional. The herringbone installation is time consuming & he never complained and it came out beautifully! Everyone who has seen it LOVES it!
