They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. Only critique is I had to negotiate from the over the phone estimate down to the actual work performed, which was less. But their customer service quickly reduced the estimate and matched the work performed. Finally it was a quick and easy payment system online using debit or credit card. On a side note they informed me that my kind of roofing shingles have been recalled and I may be able to have a prorated roof replacement.
