"I would definitely contact William Mackay Roofing again! I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. "Working with Wes was an excellent experience! I spoke with him on the phone about the work I needed done, and later that same day while he was in the area he stopped by my house (as promised) and he provided me an estimate on the spot. It is always great to talk with the person who provides the estimates and also who does the work because there is little chance for miscommunication. We worked out the date for the work and he arrived as promised. As Wes hinted, my house looks like it has a new roof! Some time ago I had a few shingles damaged and had to replace those. The replacement shingles where light brown on a dark brown roof; they really stuck out. After Wes did his job, my roof is all one color of light brown! The old shingles were just that dirty! I've included a picture of the "new" roof. Since the dirt came down the sides of the house, Wes basically washed a lot of the house just to make sure we didn't have dirt streaks on our home. That was a really professional touch. Wes then got to work on our paver sidewalk that had experienced a lot of moss and mold growth and was now becoming a hazard to walk on. Now, even in the rain we have sure footing. And again, Wes cleaned off any excess sand and dirt. The work Wes did was very high quality and I will not hesitate to use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs house cleaning and roof work done. His pricing was very good and for the quality of his work it's a bargain. He's professional, responsible, and great to work with!"

"The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed!
