Upon checking out the basement there were 3 cracks that appeared to be leaking water and a pipe that needed to be sealed. He also suggested that we have a gardener come by and adjust the height of the planting beds around the house.  <br /> Nova came out at the appointment time, explained the procedure, fixed the cracks, and then explained the next step. The next step was to come out and removed the small tubes inserted into the cracks to apply the epoxy. <br /> I appreciated their responsiveness and the fact that they didn't try to sell me something that wasn't necessary.
