"Brian Kozara is a real professional. He spent 2 days evaluating our total electrical systems with pictures of items to be upgraded. He also submitted several quotes for us to select the project we wanted. After selecting our and date to be completed. he showed up on time and completed the project within the parameters he agreed to. He upgraded electrical boxes, major ground Wire, House electrical mast, and GFI outlets. Brian even uses a level to ensure all outlets are installed vertically level. He was very respectful of us and our home. on a scale of 1-5, I would rate him a 10. You can't go wrong with McCormick."

"Radu the owner is fabulous to work with. He is straight forward and does an excellent job. He fit me in when he wasn't going to have an opening for two weeks as he was able to juggle his schedule. He did a 100 percent wire upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. He followed up with AEP to make sure they came out to do their part. We did not have to do anything but write a check when he was done. Note that he also installed a transfer switch for our portable generator. The entire job is 100% professional. We hired another crew from HA a few weeks before to do smaller electrical work. "Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. I'll continue to use and recommend Joe.
