He suggested options that added to the beauty of the project such as a stunning vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and pocket doors for the closets to save space. I was very specific that I needed the project to start in the spring and finish before the cold weather, and he was right on time. He hired sub-contractors for the foundation, heating/cooling, electricity and carpeting, and every one of them did an amazing job in a timely manner. All the workers were pleasant and conscientious about the job. I would definitely recommend hiring Bradford Builders for any construction project, and intend to hire them again in the future for other projects that I have planned."

"Andy picked up right away when I called to ask if he could take a look at my roof which had developed a tiny leak the night before. He said he could come out the very same day. When he arrived a few hours later he told me the roof was in good shape and should last another 7 years or so (the roof is 20 years old). The leak was being caused by a pipe boot which had deteriorated. He told me he'd get back to me later in the day with an estimate to replace the boots as well as to clean moss which had grown in a few areas. He ended up calling back a few hours later to say he could come out and replace the boots in an hour (he could schedule the roof cleaning within the next few weeks). So by the end of the day on the day I called he made the repair. He carefully explained what had to be done and how to do it properly and thought to use extra shingles I had stored in the basement. He was extremely nice, courteous, prompt and professional. He provided top notch service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
