Now, there appeared to be cracks in the mortar holding various other tiles together, possibly resulting in water leaking through the roof. G&G arrived on short notice during the New Year period, inspected the entire roof and reported no damage or threat of leakage. The technician explained his findings and determined there's no problem at all. Big relief for us!"
