"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"2VB Construction did a great job installing gutters and debris traps on my home. The 6K gutters look great and installation was very clean and proper. 2VB was always on time for our appointment and the installation day. They did exactly what they said they'd do and went the extra mile by blowwing leaves off the roof for me. Nice touch. Job site was cleaned up very well too. I recommend 2VB to family and friends. Trust them to do the job well."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"They offered me a range of options on my small repair, and finished the job quickly and correctly."

"quick estimate, great value, they showed up on time, and they finished earlier than expected. I also had the gutter guards installed, Chad was very good. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various gutter guard products. and I did not feel like I was under any pressure. Now I will not have to climb up on the roof to clean out the gutters."

"A small area wasn't covered by the original gutter. They returned as soon as I called and fixed the problem take care of the runoff. Their workers are skilled, polite, and do good work very quickly.

"They were great. I liked them. I was very pleased. They came when they said they were going to come. It was a case where we had a problem and they figured out what to do. We actually added a downspout to the existing gutters. They were good at finding a remedy to the problem. They were very prompt."

"So great! The house looks fantastic. It's safe and cozy with high quality materials. The working team was extremely professional and worked seamlessly together - in harmony - it was a delight to hear them asking if they could "help with that", "Yes, thank you." "No problem" "Do you need anything else?" So polite! And if I had any questions, they were quick to respond. And quick, too, which was important because the work was done during wintertime. The service was impeccable. Lisa, our project manager, was always on top of everything. There were no surprises. They were somewhat more expensive than other quotes, but well worth it! The materials are top quality and the workmanship great. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to 3 neighbors. The value was there! P.S. They were bonded and the workers were theirs, so it was a very experienced team."

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!
