I also appreciated that Mike was willing to take on everything that I asked of him- nothing was too big or too small. My project was part of legalizing/permitting existing work done by a previous owner, which resulted in successfully obtaining approved permits from the city which I think speaks to the quality of Mike’s work. "Mr. Chambers of Grout Pro came to our house last November to look at our upstairs shower to provide us with a quote to seal the areas of open grout/caulk that caused it to leak into our downstairs basement. I found Mr. Chambers to be courteous, knowledgeable, personable and competent. I contacted him immediately after his visit by email to follow-up on the terminology used in his contract/quote so I could be sure that we were on the same page and that everything we needed to be completed would be. He suggested in an email that he might have our job confused with another customer and wanted to come back and have another look at the shower and then the heavy snows came in December. I followed up since December by email (4 times), text message (3 times) and phone message (once) and US Mail and did not receive ANY response at all. POSTSCRIPT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: THE OWNER CAME OUT ON APRIL 17 AND REPAIRED THE SHOWER AT HIS OWN COST. BEFORE SCHEDULING THIS APPOINTMENT THE OWNER ADMITTED HE HAD DROPPED THE BALL IN REGARDS TO COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP ON OUR PROJECT AS MENTIONED ABOVE, I FOUND MR. CHAMBERS COMPETENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I THEREFORE HAVE REVISED MY REVIEW TO INCLUDE THIS ADDENDUM. I HAVE NO RESERVATION RECOMMENDING HIS WORK."

His price was great and we feel like we got a good deal considering the beautiful work. The installed steps are built so debris doesn't constantly gather underneath like the previous deck.
