"Price to do three jobs was extremely high. However, I was desperate. I explained what I wanted done and either he didn't understand English enough to get it, or just is that inept. Charged $175 to fix a section of gutter that was leaking, The first rain after completion, it leaked all over the porch. Not fixed. Charged $875 to sand, stain and put gloss on 10 stairs. he barely sanded and only put gloss on the stairs and not stain"

He coordinated the other contractors and oversaw the entire job. Rob is professional, fair, and does great work.
