"We used this company a few years ago and had a good experience. This year they came out and gave us a quote for a lawn program. We paid in advance for the aeration/overseeding and all the fall lawn treatments and then never heard back from the company. After a few weeks we called the business line and the owner/manager's cell phone and he never called us back. We called both more than once and even told the receptionist that we were going to have to cancel the service and ask for a refund and he did not call us back. Finally we cancelled the service and asked for a refund. Now it's probably too late to hire someone else. Very disappointing."

"I first contacted Arborway Tree Service late last year to have them look at the large Oak tree in my side yard. I wanted to know if the tree was in good condition (I had just moved into the house the year before) or if it would eventually have to be removed. This would have been a large undertaking since the tree is about 40 feet tall, and covers a good part of the yard. They came out and told me that I had a beautiful, healthy Red Oak tree. They did a root fertilization on the tree for the winter. I contacted them again this past summer about pruning the tree. It had a lot of dead wood and had grown over the telephone wires and the roof. I hired them to do the pruning. They came out a couple of weeks ago. They went right to work. They pruned quite a bit of the tree, going up into the tree, walking on branches to reach the areas to be cut, and mulched it all in a wood chipper. I am very happy with the way the tree was pruned and with the way the men just went to work and completed the job. I would definitely use them again. I really like the tree and hope to keep it around for a long time"

It turned out his price for the landscape work was reasonable, as well as the quotes for the patio and masonry work. He cares a great deal about his work and the overall outcome. How good the project will look years after it is done. John Harris was always on time and on schedule and finished on budget. I look forward to having him return to replace a porch."

The price has gone up, but only reflected a minor increase and did not include the initial introductory offer. I find the price to be reasonable for the five times they visit and the items performed. If I were to buy the store bought stuff for the amount of times I should fertilize the lawn, it equates to roughly half the cost and I'd still have to apply it. This helps save me the step and makes sure it's done correctly by the pros. <br /> Overall I'm quite satisfied with the results and I have become the envy of our street.
