"Spring yard cleanup, clean flower beds , add stone to flower beds, and remove 3 large abrovites. James was wonderful. He gave me a very fair estimate. Showed up on time with his crew. The day started with some flurries but that didn't stop them from getting the job done. Looks great 👍."

"Ever and his crew worked diligently on our backyard project, with a new patio, stone wall, and landing. We had multiple quotes from other companies and he was the only one who said it would take 2 weeks to complete while others estimated 4 weeks. Ever and his crew actually completed our project in 2 weeks, as he promised. Once the project started, we checked-in with Ever, every morning, and he was very patient to discuss our concerns and answer our questions, so that we would be on the same page. He made sure we are happy with his work at each step of the project, and now that the project is complete, we are very happy with his work. Ever is a conscientious, dependable and excellent craftsman! We definitely recommend him for masonry work such as retaining wall and patio."

Small jobs welcome

" We recently hired Awesome Landscape and Design to add a new patio in our backyard and replace our front steps and walkway, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Leo and his team were incredibly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, communicated clearly throughout the project, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship is outstanding, the new patio looks beautiful and adds so much to our outdoor space, and the front steps and walkway have completely transformed the curb appeal of our home. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget. We’ve received so many compliments already. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Awesome Landscape and Design to anyone looking for quality landscaping or hardscaping work, we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects! "

"Silvio's team did an amazing job in a very difficult access site. They took a dangerous failing waterfront patio and wall and turned it into a fantastic useable space. While they were not the cheapest quote they did the job for exactly the amount they said they would, and the quality was great. Would absolutely hire again."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Grafton, MA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
