It's also never just one or two people, usually 3-4, so they complete it quickly. My only negative is that it can take time for them to get to me and take care of it, because they manage so many accounts. Have had them help with lawn clean-up, and they always do an incredible job."

The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer.
