"Excellent service and professionalism. My electricians took the time to explain things in depth, and did a fantastic job. The company sends gift cards for future services, so I will definitely be hiring again."

"I hired him to change one outlet that was damaged because I have grandkids and it is dangerous to have it like that. Since it was sparking out she hired, he was not able to do the job right away and after he did the work in one outlet he said it would be $300.0 and I think that is to much."

Customers say: Quality work

"Tim was highly professional and punctual in fact they showed up an hour early. I wasn’t able to be home while Tim was performing the work. But he kept me in the loop the entire time. He advices a better alternative to solve my electrical outlet needs. Tim was very responsive with addressing all of the questions I asked via text leading up to the install day. Over the last couple of years I’ve had electrical work done by three other electricians two of which were good. Overall the level of service Tim provided was above and beyond."

"Third time we’ve used them for work on the house. Siding, roof and this time a full bathroom remodel. I can’t say enough good things about their staff, John, Larry, Brooke and the other members of their team. Very easy to work with and would hire them again for anything in the future!"

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Grafton, WI

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
