In addition to the switch we had fixed, we also updated two outlets to GFCI per his recommendation. He completed the work very fast, was very nice to our two small (and annoying) dogs, and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the process. We received a discount on the service call for being an Angie's List member and the guy who initially called me (super fast after I made the request) was very nice, friendly and helpful.
