"I had a broken sliding patio door that I was struggling with trying to open & close! I am 62 yrs old, disabled & recently my position w/the Company I worked for after 11 years, eliminated the Department I worked in. I kept putting off this repair due to finances. He made it so the blinds on the inside of the glass worked again AND he fixed a piece of the wood trim that was falling off(without me even asking)! I hadn't asked him to do that as I knew that would raise the price & I didn't have any extra $'s. Let me tell you...he is fair & affordable! He is a "old school" hard worker, works long hours & even weekends! He is knowledgeable & will do the job right...no short cuts here! I think he knows how to do just about anything & he will let you know if the repair is worth it, good or bad & the issues that could possibly arise! He is honest, real, down to earth & no BS! You can't find a harder, more dedicated or experienced worker! A+++ rating for Chad, I would trust him w/ any job I need done AND would highly recommend him to anyone! "We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. The workers arrived when he said they would, and the work was completed the same day in the afternoon. Thank you to Brian and his company for being so accommodating, being there when we needed him, and completing the work promptly.

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"We returned home from vacation to find cracks in drywall in two rooms. We had used Mudslingers in the past. Chris came over the next day and worked us into his schedule a couple of days later. The drywall was not loose or otherwise damaged. The crew mudded and taped then came back to sand and do final mudding. After it dried and was sanded they matched the texture and paint so well that it is impossible to see the repairs. They were courteous and professional at all times. They carefully moved furniture and put down plastic to protect floors and carpet. They even removed their shoes when entering the house to avoid tracking in snow and dirt. "At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."
