"Jacuzzi Bath Remodel referred Neil Morlock of Neil's Construction, LLC, to address an issue that came up during their remodel. Neil needed to cut the TJI floor joist for the Jacuzzi plumber to set his offset joist for the shower drain. Of the possible options for this issue, Neil consulted with a structural engineer to get the approval for a bracket & web stiffners. This was a coordinated effort to ensure the renovation could continue safely and was cost effective. All of this to say that Neil took his time to figure out what the issue was and come up with possible solutions. He explained what he was doing & why he was doing it, every step of the way, Neil has excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable in his trade & completed the challenging part of this remodel. I can also explain all this because Neil took the time along the way to answer my questions.
