He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly."
