Get matched with top handyman for multiple small projects pros in Granada Hills, CA

"I have hired the services of Z Best Handyman/Brian Weintraub on three recent occasions for a variety of projects, including carpentry work, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. It is absolutely amazing how knowledgeable he is across all of these different areas. He is a true one-stop shop. Brian performs his work in a highly professional manner and is incredibly courteous and trustworthy. What sets him apart even more is that he is easily reachable and always on time. Best of all, he does not juggle multiple jobs at once. He won't show up for an hour or two and then disappear for the rest of the day. He stays on the job the entire day, unless he needs to pick up parts or wait for plaster and paint to dry. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated professional handyman."

"Through the years, Mr. Handyman has sent several handymen. For the past few years, James has been doing the work. All of them performed Excellent work but James is the best of the best."

"I cannot speak highly enough about Arsen. I have hired him for several projects. This is unusual for me because while most vendors are OK, they rarely impress enough that I hire them again. Arsen is hard-working, meticulous and produces quality results. He has a pleasant demeanor and is very customer focused. He provides helpful suggestions, honest feedback and goes the extra mile to ensure each project is a success!"

"Did work quickly and efficiently. Hired for small project of termite repairs. Ended up also hiring him to repaint house trim. Good honest job at a reasonable price."

"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"Professional, trustworthy, and takes pride in every job! George has been helping me with home projects for over four years, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s reliable, honest, and takes real pride in everything he does. From painting, flooring to plumbing, cabinetry, and small electrical jobs, he always delivers quality at very reasonable rates. I especially appreciate how carefully he protects the work area before starting—he really thinks ahead. Highly recommend!"

"CA Cabinets renovated my kitchen. David was very helpful and the price he gave me for the job was very reasonable. David was very reliable and he communicated with us at every step of the project. I highly recommended them."

"Very friendly, responsive, and did a great job. Highly recommend"

"I recently hired Maintenance Work 1 to assemble a 5’ x 3’ Resin Outdoor Storage Shed. Chris was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. He had the shed assembled in 3 hours, which in itself was a miracle, considering the directions that came with it were completely useless and stated it would be an all-day project! Chris worked hard to get the job done correctly and even cleaned up the work area, which was a nice surprise! I would recommend Maintenance Work 1 for anyone needing handyman services. Their expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality work made the entire experience stress-free. I will definitely hire them again for future projects!"

"We were very pleased. Edwin and his brother arrived on time, were very professional in their prep and painting work, and their price for the job was fair. We plan to hire again on other projects."
