"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

"Tony was absolutely amazing. He called within a minute of my project request on Angi. He came out that day and, Saturday to give me a quote on my project. He said he would return on Monday around 8 am. Surprise, surprise... he promptly arrived at my home on Monday at 8 am (who does that anymore!) He completed the project in a very timely manner. I couldn't have been any happier and pleased with the quality of his work. His price to do the project was very fair and the quality of his workmanship far exceeded my expectations. "Another job well done! We hired Frankie and his crew, Anderson and Ronnie, again for a second project repairing our large second story wood deck, stairs, and patio cover. They replaced all the wood posts with lag bolts, deck rails, stair rails, patio cover lattice, lower main post covers, and primer painted everything. They also ran electrical and installed 2 electrical outlets, indoor power switches, and 2 large ceiling fans and patched drywall inside and painted to match. Our black railing balusters with be installed after our house and deck are painted. Just like our first project, they did a very professional quality job! They worked all day every day in the hot sun until the job was completed. At the end of every single day they spent time cleaning up all debris. Everyone on Frankie's crew was very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. The end result was exactly what we asked for at an affordable price. Would definitely hire them again!"

"Needed some miscellaneous fixes done around the house. Was not looking for a big job or a hard sell, just someone competent and experienced to come in, do the repairs, and go. Easy. I found Total Construction online and they had good reviews so I gave a call. Ben answered, I described my problem areas and he was able to stop by the same day to assess. After doing a thorough walkthrough Ben gave me a quote and we discussed when his guys could start (it was quick, early the following week) and how long it would take. Everything came together exactly as it was supposed to. Ben and his guys (Armando and Andres) showed up on time and had everything done in a day and a half as described. I watched them and checked their work at every stage and was able to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Ben checked in regularly. High praise for the work and promises kept. Would definitely recommend."
