"This company is freaking fantastic and if I could provide a better rating I would. I literally cold Rockland the morning of 11/1 and spoke to Jim who had informed me that Matt would be calling me. Within an hour Matt had returned my call to discuss the fence repair. Matt came out on Saturday to review the job and provided a quote the next day. Upon accepting the quote they came out and tore it down and dug the post holes on Monday and the fence was completed by Tuesday 11/5. The dialogue was always professional and constant. I was informed every step of the way and punctuality was not an issue. The fact that they were able to come the next day and have this repair completed within a few days speaks volumes. I had called three other companies and Rockland was able to put up a finished fence before I could even get the others to view the job and provide a quote. I cold called others as well to see who would respond first and it wasn’t even a contest. Top notch service Rockland. Thank You Jim and Matt. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. Highly recommend these wonderful folks if you want a well done, pro job!!"

"From the moment I met Jose he was professional, following up on the appointment date and time. When I arrived we discussed the details as he took notes on exactly what I wanted. With 15 minutes I had a detailed quote and Jose clearly explained the contracting and payment options. I passed the quote on to my kids who currently do not live in state. Jose answered all their questions and sent photos of the materials they use. Upon contracting, Jose kept in touch with installation details and timing. He was able to start and finish the product much sooner than anticipated. He was present when installation started and proudly introduced his son who owns the business and does the work with helpers. "We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. We are frustrated with the timing but had to put priorities in order.  We were extremely impressed with Anthony's professional attitude and wonderful customer service and are hoping to hire him to do the job later in the year!

"It went great! Nado is wonderful to work with. He's take a real interest in the project and is happy to offer suggestions and even fix existing problems without needing to be asked. For example, he respackled the room two times before painting it (to correct the shoddy job the previous owner did) just to make sure the new work came out nice.
The quality of the work is fantastic as well. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and can handle anything you throw at him (including my crazy ExactTemp valve I had picked out ;-) ) He took care of the plumbing the first day (My condo requires advanced notice to shut off the water so we had to work around their schedule), then spent about 2 days for the rest of the work. He took care of disposing everything and gave the room a good vacuum when he was done.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
