Redbox exceled in communicating with us on all aspects, explaining everything from the estimate and everything that goes into formulating it, discussing design ideas, to almost a daily update from the project manager James on the progression of the project, to discovery of problems during the construction phase and corrective actions taken. Even the slight delays were communicated to us not leaving us in the dark. All of this and more made us very confident we chose the right company to make our renovation dream a reality. Our master bath was totally redesigned expanding the room and relocating the plumbing to allow for installation of a beautifully fully tiled walk in shower, a linen closet, and a beautiful new vanity. The floors were tiled and walls and ceiling painted matching beautifully due to the design and color expertise of Katie. "We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day. This was a great transaction, and we will definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs a plumber. <br />"

Justin B initially came out and gave an estimate and then we had him back a few months later to make adjustments and ask more questions before making the deposit and setting up the date for the project. On the day of installation Justin B was in North Liberty, IA and stopped by to check on the crew's progress . The Foreman Oscar M & Assistant foreman Jaime M were great at explaining what they were going to do and the expectations and time frame. The finished job looks great . They cleaned up and left the area spotless. We are very happy at the way the project turned out."

"He really knew what he was doing and dind't mind us asking questions. Gave us the piece of burst copper piping and old removed sillcock to see what caused the leak and explained how it probably occurred. Changed the angle of the copper feed pipe so it would drain properly when shut off and not freeze next winter. Friendly and nice to work with. We were surprised by the price but did not receive an estimate when requested by phone. I guess they charge for time from work place to where we live as part of the hours on the invoice. Now we know for next time."

"It's been a little under a year since this work was done and I'm very happy with it. <br>Staff member came promptly and gave me an estimate.  Compared to other estimates I considered it was competitive for what i was getting quality/efficiency-wise.  They made sure to explain the various rebates and savings I qualified for and worked to make sure I got them. <br>They came on two separate days - one to do the A/C and one to do the furnace.  Two different staff did the work and both were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  They did their work, cleaned up, and took the time to explain everything and show that it all worked. <br>Like I said, nearly one year out (and post our first winter) everything has run exactly like they said it would. <br>It might have been slightly more expensive (hundred dollars here or there) than another company but I feel like I got that back in quality and piece of mind. <br> <br>  <br> <br>"
