"Contractor from hell. Please avoid at all costs. Anslem is denying all responsibility and not providing his insurance information after causing two major water leaks during upstairs bathroom remodel during July 21st and 22nd. Instead kept pushing to pay him more money on top of the 3k installment I paid him. Anslem did not provide me with any fans or dehumidifiers but instead he and his crew ran away when I started pushing for remediation. I am posting this to make sure other customers don't fall for this company and if this has happened with others then please pursue the required actions to ensure he doesn't continue to cheat other trusting customers. I hired another contractor [Provider Name Removed] to estimate the water remediation which will cost me 12k and several weeks for the exposed floors, walls and studs to dry. I have attached the water damage pictures here on the unexposed sheet rock between the two floors, so others know what to expect when such dishonest and fraudulent contractors."

"Sam replaced did our floors, kitchen, stairs. Quality of service was below. He installed th backsplash on the kitchen and damaged the walls and I asked him to fix it and he said he does touch ups at the very end. Painted the stairs and made a mess. Said he cleans in the end. Installed plank floors and didn?t level the concrete under it. Painted the house and missed alot of spots. In the end when he was suppose to do the details, he gave me a story about how he?s short on cash and need me to pay him the balance. I should not have done it. But I felt bad and gave it to him and never saw him again. He left a lot of little things all around the house for me to fix. I will never do business with Sam. Unprofessional and unethical. "

"Had a small transition/threshold area that needed some adjustment due to a minor leak a year ago. It was a tripping hazard that I'd neglected for too long. Called the Palacios team out to help and they were able to quickly get things fixed up including a new threshold board that was stained and sealed to match the existing work. Everything looks really good! Service was incredible. Had a small issue that needed a touch-up and they returned within 12 hours of my report to get it knocked out. Left everything cleaner than before. Would definitely recommend."

"They did an amazing job on my wood floors! I had previously hand-scraped wood in formal areas and the kitchen downstairs! Not only did he match it to a T, but he did additional work, such as kitchen repairs due to new dishwashers! The work I had done was, 2 sets of staircases, with one being curved and the other L shape! Both had landings. They replaced all of my spindles. He also did the hall and game room in hardwood handscapewood! Not only are they beautiful but their price was very competitive! They did not overcharge or try to upcharge for higher things! This is a good honest business with great quality! They will forever be my go-to for any wood upgrades or repairs!"

"I had the best experience with Metroplex Pro Builders. Max (general contractor), very intent on meeting my needs! I had major work done on my pool, re-plastering, new tile, deck repairs, a complete overlay on the decking surrounding the pool, (house built in 1979). Max gave me exactly what I envisioned and the plaster color & new tile is beautiful! It’s a fresh new look! Gerardo, contractor who coordinated the workers for the pool activity, worked his best to add all the final touches, & Max made sure I was happy with ALL the results. Plastering the pool was an amazing thing to watch! I also had a beautiful shiny gray tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, adding the perfect touch to my existing black granite countertops, white cabinets and multi colored porcelain floors.
