"I was out of state and had an emergency on a rental property on a week-end (I needed to replace a water-heater). I called Howard from Affordable Drain Cleaning & More, then we continued communicating through text messages and emails. I purchased the water-heater online around 1PM, he picked it up at the store around 2PM and installed it soon after in the apartment. Within 3 hours everything was completed very professionally and my tenant was very pleased. Great communication and great service. I highly recommend this company and I will use it again when I need something done in my rental properties."

"Highly Recommend! we have been having an issue with slow draining from our washer for over a year. We hired others and they cleaned out the drain and left without a second thought. They came out and actually found the problem instead of putting a band aid on it. It ended up being a broken pipe in the slab that needed to be replaced. .. uh oh! He started the work the next morning and completed and repaired/replaced the problem area within one day. Washed clothes last night and for the first time in months had no issue! The day following the job he called to check on things and see how the draining went that night and if there were any other issues that we came across. Very nice guy, did exactly what we needed, fixed the problem and all done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I know have a go to plumber for anything I need."
