"I emailed my preferred times to the company but after waiting for a week without a reply, I called. We set up a time for the solar panels as well as for the windows. Josh (Hope that's right) called a few days before my appointment to reschedule due to equipment problems. A crew of 3 young men arrived within 1 hour time frame I was given. They got right to work on both windows and solar panels . Since I only have 18 solar panels and the deal would clean up to 30, I didn't feel out of line asking for them to also clean the panels on the 2 solar attic fans. The crew worked quickly and did a great job. The young man that cleaned the solar panels even took before and after photos on his phone to show me the job. I'm very happy with the service I received. My husband is already to book them again!"

"ALTHOUGH JACK SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, ONCE HE DID COME, HE SPENT TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES HE WAS ABOUT AN HOUR LATE, BUT HE DID CALL TO TELL US. WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK, THEY WERE LATER THAN WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ON BOTH DAYS (AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE). WE THOUGHT THAT THEY MAYBE COULD HAVE DONE A MORE THOROUGH JOB COVERING OUR STUFF THAT WAS IN THE BASEMENT TO KEEP IT PROTECTED FROM THE DUST, BUT ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT JACK HAMMERING CONCRETE IS MESSY. OVERALL THEY DID A DECENT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS POLITE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL AS WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. THEY ALSO DID A FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH ME WHEN THEY WERE DONE."

"Inspected and cleaned our chimney, and cleaned our dryer vent. Everything was excellent. Very knowledgeable. My only 'complaint' (if you want to call it that) is that we had sent a couple emails that went unanswered. Called and left a voicemail and heard back within an hour, and received service the next day. So if you want to get ahold of them - calling is your best option!"

"It took longer than I expected however most of the under boards needed to be replaced and that takes more time. Jon was very conservative keeping the budget in mind. He was great about showing me the boards so I could see how bad they were. Very polite crew. Great job cleaning after the job was done."

"The whole project went beautifully.  I had previously contacted several roofing companies for quotes, but i didn't hear back on any of them with a final quote or date that they could do the service.  When I contacted David (owner), he followed up with a visit to assess what was needed, and when it changed (there was more damage to repair than initially identified from outside), he communicated it coompletely.  He was up front about the price.  It didn't change, and he probably did more than quoted.  <br /> <br /> The project seemed huge to me, but to David and his team it was easily accomplished.  David's whole team was professoinal - all the required tools and product were there at the start of the project, the team came when they said they would and stayed to work the entire day and returned immediately the next day to finish.
