COMPRESSOR WAS NEVER GREASED, BONE DRY. MOST RECENT TECH IT MOST LIKELY CAME FROM THE FACTORY THAT WAY. WHY WASN'T THIS CHECKED ON ALL THE PREVIOUS CALLS?!? THE DAY OF REPAIR I WAS TOLD TO NOT PAY ANYTHING AS SHE WAS CHECKING HISTORY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND THEN TODAY I RECEIVE A PAST DUE NOTICE VIA EMAIL THREATENING LAWSUITS, LIENS, AND INTEREST CHARGES IF NOT PAID. SEE ATTACHED FOR THE EMAIL PIC."
