Pros The roofers did a good job replacing the underpayment and retiling the entire roof Cons Customer service was not good with communication and informing us of status on the job and what days the workers were coming out. We would wake up at 8am to banging on the roof that is how we found out when the workers were coming. Roofers did not clean up well. We had to clean up food, water bottles, nails and debris every-time they finish work on the roof for the day Roofers in nailing in roof created holes in the interior walls of the home and chipped wall around our skylight in our roof, however they did plaster the chips and holes, but we will have to paint it ourselves. They did not find the exact color matching tile so my roof is now two different colors Management will gouge pricing then renegotiate lower pricing and will state if you are a return customer you will get a discount however when trying to use them again to be honored that return customer discount, they priced me well over competitors for the same work, so no discount was provided. I would give them a C for lack of customer service and pricing, however the roof work outside of the tiles not matching was good."
