I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over. Gabe, the foreman, and Jessica went above and beyond to come to my house on multiple weekends to install skylights because that is the kind of business they operate."

I'm not sure if the message process on this website is something the contractor actually uses, or prefers, or if it is set up independently for them by Angie's List. This is not the only time I have left a message and not gotten a response. Ordinarily I would rate the lack of response as an "F". I will call this a "C" since I don't really know where the fault lies."

"There were some major painting challenges in our new 3 story town home, so we knew it would take a while to complete. We wanted it done before we moved in and hired ProTech to do the work, which they said would take two weeks. Their crew showed up as planned and worked every day for two weeks to get the job done. As we revised some color choices along the way, the work took a little over two weeks and they finished shortly after we moved in. But the delay was of our doing. Crew was pleasant and neat. They tidied up at the end of each day and even came back several times after the work was done to do some touch ups (which we caused as we installed new light fixtures, etc.) Larry even came back nearly a year later to help fix a problem on the dining room ceiling after we installed a new chandelier (and he didn't charge us anything for the consultation).
