"I didn't have a great experience with this company. They are extremely difficult to communicate with . . . I had to call again and again before a reply; they are also slow to get a job done. It took five days to get a simple estimate. They did do some work for me . . the fence is fine, but the gate looks awful, like it was hammered together, the vinyl split rather awkwardly. I'm disappointed in the appearance of it. After seeing their estimate to do some additional work, I'm going to turn to someone else. That estimate is insane, just to have the headache of it all. The people themselves are very friendly, once you actually get hold of them. I think maybe they are in over their heads with business, and don't understand how important customer service is. And then there is that gate; my brother-in-law, a handyman, is going to fix it - he just shook his head and said it would have taken a simple few bolts to make it look better put together. As it is it looks bad... They will go over estimate too, since once the workmen got here they determined it couldn't be done the way they told me when it was estimated.. Oh well, lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend them."

The rain slowed the progress because the work area was made muddy so owner and crew made adjustments as needed. The work crew was friendly and responsive to my requests. Good suggestion to move AC unit off area to allow best concrete placement. The area looks great. The crew was careful to guard the brick on the house from concrete splashes."
