Without my knowledge or consent, they sent a second cleaner and then used that as justification to dramatically increase the cost. You cannot change the scope of work and pricing without the customer?s permission and then expect them to absorb the cost. Because of this, I am formally disputing the charges and will be pursuing this further if necessary. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be using this company again."
