"It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!"

Thankfully, what looked like it could be a whole replacement became a much simpler fix charged as a service fee. "I didn't like it at all. First, the guy did not look professional to me and secondly he did not work for two hours. For the main job that I wanted him to do, he started saying that he needed to break toilet and he was trying to charge me more money which I did not do. They were two people and they did not look professional and they didn't act professional either. I hired another person and he removed the toilet and did what I wanted. He removed the clogging and put it back. I wouldn't call him again. I paid them additionally to change the faucet.
