He called very soon after I put in a request for a handyman and I’m very very satisfied with the quality of his work. He’s very professional and meticulous with his work. Of course there were issues with installing a door from the old family farmhouse into a doorway in my house in town. He’s skilled in figuring out how to solve the problems he encountered."

"I first googled handyman in Marcell a few years ago and Handyman Pete appeared. I called and he answered personally and came over that day to introduce himself. From that day forward he has become a friend who we completely trust entering our cabin to do any project I throw at him. We work together as a team communicating by phone or text even sending photos along the way of ideas and projects in process and completion. He has such great ideas to share and he’s open minded to all mine. We are a great team!!! He’s so easy going and fun to work with and his pricing can’t be beat. We plan on having him replace our existing roof to metal next. "Christi came right on time and spent three hours cleaning the kitchen, living room, a very small bathroom, and two bedrooms and an office that I told her needed only vacuuming then swept, mopped and vacuumed only my master bedroom and didn't clean it or our bathroom. Basically the two most used rooms in the house didn't get cleaned. Trash didn't get emptied. I expected my whole house to be cleaned not just half of it."

"Very good communication to arrange the quote and actual work, and they showed up on time.  The job started as basic wall and trim work, with no detail for closet and door work.  The price for that work was very competitive.  Upon seeing that work I added 3 additional walls and closet trim work (shelving, door jams, etc.) and the price escalated significantly, by more than double.  The ending price was the same had I hired a professional painter, versus Bostad, which is more of a handyman service.  While I like the work Bostad performed, for the final price, I would have preferred to go with a professional painter as they would have prepped the walls as necessary. <br />"
