"Completely rebuilt our 26-year-old wood burning mason fireplace to bring it up to code. In the firebox completely removed fire brick from back and both side walls. completely removed clay flue and replaced with insulated stainless steel. This included adding a lever operated lock top damper and stainless-steel exterior flue cap. Much time was spent adding chamber tech 2000 parge coating to the smoke chamber. Kevon and his two workers were excellent. All details on steps being taken were clearly explained. All carpeting was protected from the front door to the work area in the family room. All debris was removed from the job site. This was a big job that took two days to complete. Am following the recommended wait time and break in steps to be taken. It is comforting to know that we have a completely safe fireplace that is up to code. Looking forward on having Doctor Flue perform annual chimney sweeps during the off season. "Russ is a hard worker and works alone. The work was completed in two days, which was amazig since it was a large two story wall. All of the siding and trim was installed better than the original. He gave me a discount since I provided my scaffolding for him to use. Clean up was excellent. Repair of this leak had eluded other repairmen. Russ fixed it."

"I think they did an amazing job. They even replaced a downspout for me and re-bolted it. Along with minor repairs, the gutters looked very clean. My only issue is that nothing was left behind in terms of informing me of things I may want to do in the future, or if there were any areas of concern."

"Elliot did a great job. He pretty much kept the dust and debris confined to the room he was working in at the time by covering the doors with plastic. The walkways were covered with tarps and everything was cleaned up everyday and put down the next. His dry wall repair was seamless. "Overall the job went very well. I normally don't take this long to leave a review, but the job was performed a few months back. At first the wrong size door was picked up, but upon trying to install realized a custom size was needed, the only negative was the amount of time it took from intital contact to installation due to all of the issues. After some talking, they were able to bring the price down a bit for me due to the inconvenience. It was installed prior to the cold weather and am noticing now that it's rubbing a bit on the frame due to the heat, but I plan on contacting soon. Overall very responsive, courteous, and professional."
