"I have a property that was extremely over grown and they did a fantastic job on it! They communicated with me and the city. Here are before and after photos of the front. I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend."

I take care of the dirty, heavy work that homeowners and contractors don't want to handle around Monroe, Adrian, and the surrounding areas. With a heavy-duty F-250 and a big hydraulic dump trailer, we do everything from ripping out old kitchens and tearing down sheds to clearing overgrown brush, grading land, and cleaning out gutters. We don't just show up, smash things, and leave a mess—we handle the full demolition, pack up the trailer, and haul every piece of trash straight to the landfill so your property is completely clean and ready for whatever's next. If you need a job done fast, safely, and without the corporate hassle, give me a call.

"I contacted Jacob about re-grading and adding more gravel to my 180ft driveway. He graded it to get the potholes leveled out and brought in 15 ton of stone to add to it. Packed down great and we have not had any issues with standing water or ruts from driving on it with our cars. Will definitely be recommending to anyone else who needs grading done."

FAQs for landscape soil, sand, mulch and rock delivery projects in Grand Rapids, OH

Topsoil packs your garden with the nutrients plants crave, improves soil structure, and lets water drain at just the right pace. The result is a welcoming planting bed that makes routine chores—like weeding and aerating—far easier. In short, quality topsoil boosts fertility, builds stronger root systems, and keeps your landscape looking vibrant season after season.

If you’re tackling a large area and have room to store extra soil, bulk delivery almost always wins on price. Bags cost more per cubic yard but arrive clean, sealed, and easy to haul around tight spaces or raised beds. Match the option to your square footage, storage space, and muscle power, and you’ll find the most cost-effective and hassle-free choice for your project.

First, measure the square footage you want to cover, then decide on a layer—most gardens thrive with 4 to 8 inches of fresh topsoil. A 40-pound bag spreads over 12 square feet at a depth of one inch. Multiply your area by the desired depth (in inches), divide by 12, and you’ll know exactly how many bags to load in the cart. Using this quick formula guarantees even coverage and a healthy, vibrant garden bed.
