Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. A date, time and name of a rep for an onsite quote was immediately assigned (unlike another fence co nearby who after more than two months and twice going in their office, still hasn’t followed through). The rep, Travis, was an absolute pleasure to work with on the details. The workman were all professional and polite when installing the fence and gate.
