"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. "If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Argo from Sandoval roofing came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it’s hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so. Sorry for the ramble, but they finished my roof today and I’m very pleased with it so I thought I’d share my whole experience."

Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. "Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."
