When they were finished I asked Hank what amount should I make the check out for and he said, “as I quoted $2,200.00”, I was grateful and very appreciative as I am in a fixed income. I want to add before I found Hank I was quoted $19,300.00 by a major basement waterproofing firm. They were going to put drains on 4 walls of my basement - 3 walls never had issues with water. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists.
