Get matched with top concrete driveways & floors installers in Grandy, MN

"Added a parking pad alongside my driveway to allow for offstreet parking for all our cars during the winter. also widened the driveway to eliminate tight curve of existing driveway and eliminate accidental driving on lawn. Aurora Asphalt met with me, heard my problem, and offered an excellent solution. Upon completion the new driveway matches very well and looks as if it was all part of the original installation."

"Jim and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and went to work right away, providing me with new ideas that enhanced my project. The finished product - a stamped concrete patio - looks marvelous! I only wish I had a larger space so I could add more! I will call Jim again and give him my highest recommendation!"

"Custom Design Concrete / Jesse Sawyer removed a badly cracked and uneven, 40 yr old garage floor and and installed a new garage floor and apron. Jesse and crew were a pleasure to work with and performed the job on date that worked for me. Jesse was very straightforward on original estimate and potential problems that may exist. Price was lower than most estimates I received. Have passed along company info to several people and would recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done."

"I can't say enough about our experience with Unique Concrete, and specifically Abe! Abe arrived at our house the day we called for an estimate, and I was blown away by his professionalism and responsiveness. His work ethic never waned from beginning to end. There really isn't enough room to describe all the ways he showed up to make our project a success. The basement floor is beautiful now and I know he went the extra mile to make sure it'll last another 100 years."

"I'll make this short, but could write a novel. From the start he was great to work with, then once work began dates kept getting pushed and pushed. the wrong garage door was installed, I had a garage door opener installed that I didn't ask for (but am glad it's there now), the service door was the wrong swing, the apron had to be redone due to being the wrong size and it didn't have a slope to it. I heard over and over that he was just the messenger to relay the information to his sub-contractors. the project was completed one month after the 'promised' completion date. Once the project was comlete I have to say that I'm happy with the finished product, just the process was VERY frustrating. That's the short version...take it for what you will."

"Rob was great making sure everything was done for my project. I'm very please how my sidewalks look! I would hire again."

"Very well Is they jacked up the double garage removed the old slab and pored a new one. Very nice work, on time, quality work."

"All the original concrete on the front patio and steps had been patched many times over the years and was now beyond the point of repair. To add complexity to the project, there was a storage room built below the front patio that used the patio concrete as its ceiling. We called several of the top concrete companies to receive bids. Four of the companies that came to do bids either refused the job on site or just never responded with a bid after our meeting. Our project was not simple, by any means, and there were quite a few logistical issues involved with the original design of the patio. Three other companies (including Pietigs Plus) provided bids, and all were competitively priced.
I decided to go with Pietigs Plus for a few reasons. First, Jeff Pietig spent quite a bit of time at the house investigating things prior to preparing a plan for the project. There were a lot of unknowns going into the demolition phase, and I felt more confident in how much time and attention he put into proper measurements and tests prior to determining his bid. Additionally, it was always easy to reach Jeff with questions, and he was enthusiastic about doing the work for us, which is something I didn't get from any of the other contractors.
After contracting Pietigs Plus to do the job, Jeff was great about working within our timeframe. We had quite a few other projects happening at the house around the same time, and we had to coordinate a tight schedule for his work, since the front entrance would be unusable until he was completed. Jeff and his crew were able to meet the timeframe perfectly, and they put in extra work over a weekend to finish on time, even with a few of the project's mysteries providing surprises along the way. They poured new concrete walls and the stoop for the patio, and they did an excellent job installing the patterned bluestone pavers and veneer stone around the patio. The quality of the work is quite impressive, and Jeff showed a lot of concern along the way to make sure we were completely happy with the results!
I would highly recommend Jeff and Pietigs Plus to anyone! They were great to work with and provided us with a beautiful new front patio! Our project attracted a lot of attention in the neighborhood, and I have had dozens of neighbors ask for his information. It really looks great, and we are incredibly happy with our decision to go with Pietigs Plus!

"As always, we are thrilled with the work done by Hoffman Weber Construction. Love the look of the windows - but also the safety factor. The installers were on time, friendly, and did a super job. We would hire them for any of their services."
