"The tile work was using travertine natural stone with a lot of high end detail. The price shown was labor only I provided all of the materials as I wanted a higher quality of stone than could be purchased in the Outer Banks. Michael did an outstanding job. In fact my husband commented that he had never seen such perfect grouting on a listello before. He removed all of the old stuff and no damage to the house although there was a lot of tile dusts use to it being natural stone. My only issue was that the job took longer than either he or I anticipated. I wish I had given him a absolute need by finish date before starting. "It went great! Took 2 days, which was expected. Chad our project manager was awesome. Kept us abreast of everything that was going on. Explained what was happening if we had questions. Cleaned up property like they said they would, which was nice to see. Inspected everything when project was done and we signed off. Now off to the siding project and gutters, being done by same company in a few weeks. Roof looks amazing! I would totally refer them to my family and friends."
