"Many of the homes in our neighborhood are about that age when the builder installed roof needs replaced. We had been considering contacting someone about a new roof on our 20-year-old home and I really wanted to consider a higher quality option because I had heard from a neighbor about a 50-year roof. We love the resulting look and even the look of the GAF venting system and have received compliments from neighbors.
