They promise a 20 year warranty and confirmed with me multiple times they would give me a receipt and a copy of paperwork and despite me confirming I never received any in hand or by email. I ended up having to take a picture of the paper they had me sign stating the work had been completed. No receipt for any money paid. Their card only lists a PO Box....but they did fantastic work on a budget. I would still recommend them for any project, just keep expectations on follow up and warranty limited. "
