"I hired Eric with P4 construction to install a curtain drain in front of my house. He did a great job. He and his guys showed up on time, everything went as planned, and it was finished in the time he said it would be finished. I had A LOT of bids for this project because I needed it to be done right... I live on a hill and had a water problem that needed a real solution, and my neighbor recently had a drain put in that immediately clogged and doesn't work. Eric's plan made the most sense and was in alignment with my research on what I needed. Some of the other contractors wanted to put in a 2' deep drain, but my water problem went deeper (there's a 5' crawlspace under my porch where water was pouring into). He correctly moved the water out to the side of the house, (combined my gutter into it), and all the way down the hill emptying into a flatter area and into a gravel pit."

"Spencer construction repaired the damaged brickwork on my house after a stolen car ran into the house at high speed. The damages occurred around a brick surround for a support pillar and also effected brickwork between two garage doors. Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. If you're looking for an experienced and creative mason who is attentive to detail he's the best!"
