"Avi came out promptly and gave me a quote for my 3 bed 2 bath 1410sf home. I liked him from the beginning. He climbed up on the roof to assess current condition and stated it needed replacement. He sat down with me to discuss all options. He answered my questions and put me at ease. We discussed schedule and I was happy he could begin in about 2 weeks. Other quotes I received were 3 month lead time for installation. I checked out his license and insurance and all current. I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. Very good experience."

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"They did great, I've been using them for years now."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. He worked very diligently to get us the best deal."

"Everything was professional and perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better job done. I recommend this fantastic company already to my friends and family. Excellent job guys."

"DL Design Construction did a spectacular job replacing my siding. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They left my yard even cleaner then it was before! I highly recommend them."

"Bjorn Metzger was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through every step in the roof replacement process from tear down to putting finishing touches on the last row of shingles. His crew were incredibly skilled and dedicated to working long arduous hours in near 100 degree heat. Always punctual, cleaned up all the debris and nails from tear down to Final Inspection. Bjorn even managed financing over a year to secure 0% interest financing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and results driven project completion ahead of schedule! If you need a roof replacement look no further than MyHouseRenovation for the best in the business!"
