These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . "Joe arrived promptly and immediately began to assess the damage and determine the cause of the leak. After asking several questions concerning our most recent water use, he inspected the lines in both bathroom. He came to the conclusion that the overflow drain in one of the tubs was clogged causing the leak. It was a rather simple fix as he cleaned out the clog and put on a new seal on the overflow drain. We were highly impressed with Joe’s professionalism but more importantly, his honesty. He could easily have told us he would need to cut into the drywall to find the leak, which would have resulted in a very costly repair.
